Celebrate the Royal Wedding in New York
With a month to go, New York tourist office NYC & Company has announced details of special celebrations, viewing parties and hotel packages to celebrate Prince William and Kate Middleton’s nuptials.
At the top end the Waldorf-Astoria is offering two April packages in its Royal Suite. The first includes accommodation in Royal Suite –  former residence of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor—on April 28, a British menu and a formal cocktail party for up to 40 guests. This exclusive package is available for $20,000. The hotel will also feature  a more intimate package during April, including a two-night stay, breakfast and a special champagne toast. The New York Palace is hosting a special viewing party on April 29 in its The Drawing Room.
