To nights in in Champagne includes a tour and tastings at a large at a top Champagne House in Reims and a visit to a smaller family-run producer, followed by a three course Champagne tasting dinner in a Reims restaurant.
Caverne du Dragon – an evocative spot
After leaving the elegant four star Hotel de la Paix, stop at the Carverne du Dragon and its on-site museum for a guided tour. The 16th century stone quarry is 15 metres underground, giving visitors a feel for what war was like.
